What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
How do I downsize a plan or cancel an account?
To downsize you need to ensure the number of artifacts matches the desired plan. Once this is the case simple select your plan of choice. For cancellations please contact us and we’ll arrange a same day cancellation.
Can you provide larger or custom plans?
Yes. We are rolling out additional plans, but initially we have made the Tree plan exceptional value. If you need one immediately please contact us and we would be delighted to offer a plan that fits your needs.
What currency is used for the prices?
All of our prices are in US dollars.
Is my credit card information secure?
We do not store any credit card information. It is passed via encrypted SSL to our PCI compliant billing partner.
How do I export data?
Take comfort that all your work can be exported by yourself, so your are protected against any eventuality.
Do you have a free trial?
Better than that we have a free account. Just start with the free account, use it for as long as you like and when ready just select the plan you your choice.
